A few pre-sales questions

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I'm looking for an alternative to Clonezilla to save/restore Windows and Linux partitions on test hosts.

Here are the requirements:
1. Can build a bootable USB key drive so as to boot and save a partition, instead of using Windows' Shadow Copy mode
2. The cloning application should provide a GUI
3. Ideally, it should be possible to save the commands used to restore a partition, so as to make it easier in test labs where we need to perfom this task often
4. It should be possible to save/fetch the partition into a file in a second partition or on a remote FTP/CIFS server
5. The cloning application should support NTFS and Linux (ext2, ext3, or ext4) filesystems

Thank you.

1. Yes.
2, Yes,
3. I don't believe a one-click restore is possible in True Image, but someone else can comment.
4. Backup images can be saved to a different drive or external media. I don't know if FTP is incorporated, and am not familiar with CIFS.
5. Certainly supports NTFS, FAT32 and FAT. Someone else must comment on Linux.
