Which part of the backup task process is this in? Is it during the backup or validation process?

I believe it to be fairly near the beginning of the backup process - further log information appended below.

Tara,

Save the log file and attach it to a post. Pasting the log does not work well.

Tara,

It looks like you are backing up two folders: C:\Lightroom, and C:\Users.

I would suspect that you have a file(s)/folder(s) that have an invalid name or a locked file/folder that Acronis chokes on.

My suggestion would be to try each of the two folders individually to try and pinpoint the offending file/folder.

If the C:\Lightroom folder contains the error, look at the folder names contained within it for any unusual names. You could also try an individual (or small groups) folder backup of the folders contained in the parent folder until you can pinpoint the offensive file/folder.

It is also possible that a program is locking a folder or file and Acronis does not have the ability to access or read it. Check to see what programs you have running in the background that could possible be holding any folders or file open.
