Folders Missing in backup

I am trying to back up a folder from a data drive (e:) using non-stop back up. Most of the sub folders of this root folder are not displayed on the non-stop back up window. Although they are accessible by Windows.

I am running Acronis True Image 14 Build 6673 on Windows 7 sp1 X64
