The Free Upgrade to 2012 Link

if you can get the request forms to work... After filling in the pertinent information for the first form, I got an error that said it couldn't find my product. It referred to me to the store :) as well as another help link which turned out to be yet another form. I tried filling out the form several times and got a "country" code error that said I had to fill in that particular box portion of my telephone number in, i.e., country code, area code, telephone number; I did this several times, even using 001 for US at one point, ad nauseum. So, I can't even submit for the new registration codes if I decide to do the dl at all now. Most of your posts indicate to me that I still have time to bail Acronis and look for a better? product since (1) I am still within the 30 new purchase zone to receive the upgrade, or (2) since I purchased the product on the 8th of August, I can bail, period, if I don't like the product.

The page the link takes you to says, in the beginning: "You are entitled to receive a free upgrade to Acronis True Image Home 2012 if you purchased Acronis True Image Home 2011 from an official or authorized store between July 23 2011 - Aug 23 2011 at full price. Otherwise you can purchase an upgrade at a price substantially smaller than the full one... Hmmm
