Full Disk Backup and Nonstop Backups

Thread needs solution

I am currently using Acronis True Image 2011 by scheduling a weekly full disk backup and leaving Nonstop Backup on all the time. My full disk backup schedule is incremental with a cycle every 4 backups to have a full version.
When I complete the full backup version each time is there any value in keeping the Nonstop Backups older than that? Ideally I would prefer to not need to use the disk space for unnecessary backup files.
If there is no value in keeping those Nonstop Backups after each Full Disk Backup is there a way to automatically schedule removal of the old Nonstop Backups?
Thanks for your help...

Hi Robert,

Non-stop backups (NSB) and disk backups are overlapping backups. I don't think there is value in retaining NSB versions you have with validated disk backups.
In my experience, they are not equivalent. There is no way to delete older NSB versions automatically, they will consolidate automatically. When there is not enough space, NSB will just stop, and then you can manually discard older data to reduce space.
