hardware id has changed.. BUT Nothing has changed

Hi,

Ive searched for the following error " hardware id has changed error " but can not find anything related to TIB 2014 only 2015. When i used to Boot into Windows 7 64 Bit , the True Image 2014 Sync Icon used to be displayed , etc. I never had to keep activating my paid product up until 3 days ago for every single system start up, Seems to stem from when these Notification for Acronis True Image 2015 started appearing.

I had uninstalled TIB 2014 , reinstalled but its still the same. Nothing hardware wise has changed what so ever. Can anyone shed any light on this nagging problem.

If you click the question mark at the top right of TI2014 and select "about" does it say "activated". Perhaps you could try the firewall trick mentioned in the other thread and add Acronis as an exclusion.
