has 33810 been fixed in TI2013 home?

wiping free space on a hard disk completes almost immediately - obviously my 240gb of free space is not actually being overwritten at all. This issue was submitted in 2010 and was not yet fixed in my version of TI2012 home!

Is this issue in the pipeline to be fixed? if so, do I have a way to track it? I'm uninterested in upgrading until this feature works.

I just installed and tried true image home 2013 trial version and it still has the same problem - 245 GB of free space is not securely overwritten in 8 seconds!
Please re-open the bug.

now, uninstalling TI2013 home trial has left system in a corrupted state. TI2013 did not completely uninstall properly, and my paid for version of TI2012 cannot be started upon reinstallation.

Next step was to uninstall all acronis software. Despite uninstalling all acronis software, the registry is still littered with Acronis keys.
I need a tool to completely uninstall every last file and registry entry related to acronis products, and then i will attempt a reinstall. Is there such a thing? I am very unhappy at this point. Acronis support will be appreciated.

You can also try extracting (and then running) the .msi installer from the main 2012 installation program by right clicking on the Install button after starting 2012 installation program, and choosing to extract the .msi installation file.
