Hellp with Boot Violation

I tried to restore a tib backup file within windows and also with a bootable emergency disk.
I am getting the same error:

Secure Boot Error.
Invalid signature detected. Check Secure boot policy in setup.

This is a brand new, Dell Windows 8 computer. I hadn't touch anything. I have never seen this error in the past.

I am using Acronis Ture Image 2013 version. I have no idea what this error is about. Please advise me how to fix this problem. I got stuck at this point.
