Home 2010 Recovery CD Does NOT Recognize all of my SATA Drives

Home 2009 recognized all of my SATA Drives, but Home 2010 Recovery CD after release version 5055 will NOT recognize my internal SATA drive. Even the the Recovery ISOs posted on Acronis will not either. Have also tried every published switch and they don't fix the problem either. Something changed in the Home 2010 Version and tech support cannot/has not helped at all. Even the Plus Pack software cannot recognize my internal SATA Drive.
This is a major issue that needs immediate attention.
