How can you do a new set up and delete old back up data without uninstallinng Acromis Home 2010

I have Acronis Home Image Home 2010. I would like to delete old back up and start a new back up for the year 2011. The computer did not crash, so I would like to start again this new year. I don;t want to delete the program just the back up from C; Drive to my external H drive..
