how to contact support
Can anyone tell me how to contact support.
Having a problem - not answered on the forum - I have tried contacting support via live chat and nothing happens.
At the moment I feel like requesting a charge back for acronis selling a product not fit for purpose - and no-one wants to advise how to sort a problem that has arisen after the last update.
Comments on a postcard would be most welcome........

Using Acronis full version since 2013. Update each year. Most recently on 11-4-2014 from 2014 to 2015. Installed today after receiving notice of 2015 update but installation unsuccessfully stating that it was prevented by a file Acronis ? sync. When I tried a backup it stated my program expires on 12-4-2014!! My program now will not boot up for a backup. All my products have been registered. I am within my 30 day help period. CHAT DOES NOT WORK. HELP!! Richard

Contacting?
Good luck guys, since I installed TI 2015 I had trouble. Contacting acronis via email, the first reply is within about 3 days, your problem is not solved then, it will take 5 to 6 days. They will say sorry, the support is overloaded. After 4 weeks I still have not had a solution to the problem..

Suddenly I can't contact support in any way?
After updating True Image 2015 for Mac, backups in progress never get past 0%, you can't suspend it or actually do anything.
It worked so well before update :-/
