How to disable sync tray icon's notifications

It's really annoying, since years there is an unanswered question and it seems that Acronis is not interested in solving this problem. U can find some threads over here.

Every time files are synchronized there is an unnecessary tray icon notification (see attachment) that after a time it is absolutely annoying. But there is still no possibility to switch it of without deactivating the synch at all or hide icon and notifications completely.

I'm a software developer for more than 20 years and I really can't understand why. Therefore for me Acronis goes worse and worse because there seems to be no real interest to create a software in favor to the customer needs but just to earn as much money as possible. :-(
