How do I create a recovery partition in ATIH 2009
I would like to know if there is a way to create a recovery partition with ATIH 2009 (or any version) like what they have on a dell, HP, etc.? I have an external hard drive I keep backups on, but I lose them, wipe by mistake, get corrupted, etc.
I'd like to be able to have it on my main hard drive and be able to just do a quick recovery. I get viruses often and upgrade often and need to reinstall windows at least every six months or more.
I've found other programs (Windows OPK, Windows 7 OEM Recovery Partition Tool), but they want a clean install and reactivate all the time. I'd like a complete install with all my 3rd party software installed and registered.
Thanks for any help

These features are available in the program. You can create an Acronis Secure Zone, which is a partition on your disk that holds backups. You can then recover in one of two ways. You could either boot from the Acronis bootable media (CD or flash drive) and recover the saved image file from the Secure Zone or you could activate the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager, which installs the recovery software on your disk so that a CD or flash drive isn't needed.
Check the ATI 2009 User Guide (a link to the guide appears to the left when viewing forum posts) for Acronis Secure Zone and Acronis Startup Recovery Manager for details. Keep in mind that if your internal disk fails then any backups stored in the Secure Zone are lost, so be sure to continue storing backups on your external hard disk.
