How do I get a refund

I have been trying to setup this for 3 days and now the program has gone metal and will not stop backing up continuously so I have removed it and gone back to using idrive which has worked perfectly for years.

How do I get a refund for the acronis online backup that I paid a yearly fee for 3 frustrating days ago.

Dont worry I have used your online chat and requested a refund after an extremley LONG process that also involved your staff informing me that I couldnt get a refund and then suddenly changing their mind when I told them of the 30 day refund policy that he had suddenly forgotten about.

Does acronis work via the large hadron collider from a different universe as this is the only explaintion I can think of why everything take so long to get an answer to.

After struggling in vain to use online backup (£40! per year) with many problems during which time I completely de-installed my TIH2011 and then re-installed several times I have decided to go back to a USB external hard drive; I have been contacted by support ONCE but they only wanted to go through my problems and not REFUND my money which was the basis of my request.

Is there anyone there from Acronis who can assist me with this? I am not bothered if I do not get the refund becuase I will then stop using Acronis products for my backup so it is Acronis's loss!
