How to make incremental backup after moving the folder?

I decided to move the folder from which a full file backup was made, and now I am on doubt about how to make the incremental backup of that folder, in the new location.

What I have to do?
PS: I moved the folder to another partition in the same HD.

Since incremental backup's registering the changes made after the previous backup, I would suggest you to edit the existing task and repoint it onto the new folder location.
