You can setup the 4GB drive to boot to Grub4DOS and load TI. I suppose you could also setup syslinux or something similar too, though I usually use Grub4DOS. Loading the TI ISO file is usually the easiest method.

"4GB SSD" and BOOT from "4GB SSD" that image file can backup/or make backup?

I used my "4GB SSD" to backup my "16GB SSD, used 1.7GB (windows and device driver only)" files.

Grub4DOS will not stop you from using the drive as a backup destination or restore source. It's still a normal drive and can be used as such.

if normal, goto BIOS, set HDD1, BOOT from HDD1 (goto Windows XP) via microsoft NTDetect ?
if need backup/restore, goto BIOS, set BOOT from HDD2 (goto Acronis) via Grub4DOS

That's right. Also, if the BIOS offers a Boot Menu, you can use that and just select which drive to boot without needing to change any BIOS settings. This is how I have my computer configured.

Grub4DOS works just fine on NTFS (that's what I use).

I currently have no plans to make any setup wizard for configuring Grub4DOS. I've tried to make the guide easy to follow. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Yes, it does take a little bit to learn it, but the process is generally easy and allows great flexibilty in booting into recovery environments. It's well worth the effort.
