How to recover deleted Backup/Tib file from PC.

Hi,

I'm using Acronis true image home, Under "My Backups" mistakenly thought it was scheduled backup tasks and right clicked & choose "Delete Backup"

How do I recover the file, It's a backup off one my relatives laptop. I think it'll need restoring soon and I've just lost the file ?
