how to restore a single file

Hi!

Using TIH 2012 how can I restore a single file to my computer from the external hard drive that stores the .tib files.

I tried drilling down using Windows 7 explorer but when I get the folder containing the file it will not open the folder. The folder is a website that was created using Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007.
I have no problem opening this folder on my computer, but Windows 7 explorer will not open this folder in the .tib file.

BTW, I tried mounting the external hard drive but I still could not open the folder.
The file has the extension ASP.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
