As long as you have network access and access to the share (can log in, for example) there isn't normally a problem restoring from network shares. I do it quite frequently.
If you have a system or router on the LAN with DHCP enabled you shouldn't need to be manually setting the IP address.
I assume you have the computers connected to a switch or router via a network cable (not WiFi). If the computers are connected directly via cable you'll need to use a crossover network cable.

In both computers i have windows xp and i used both computers for file transfer between both computer. So file sharing work. But i when i run bootable acronis and i want to browse archive in second computer, i can see any network, but when i run windows, i can.
There is no any tutorial?

I don't think there is a specific tutorial. It's just basic Windows/Linux networking. You may find it easier to use a USB hard drive.
It sounds like maybe TI in Linux isn't properly configuring the network or doesn't support the NIC. Can you see the computer booted to TI from the other computer when you look on the network?
You still have not provided any details of your "network" and how it's configured. Just saying you can "share files between them" doesn't help. There are many ways to do that. If you're not using standard DHCP with a router then configuration can be more difficult.
