How to use "image iso file"

How to use "image iso file" that get from:
"True Image 2013 Plus Pack by Acronis> Backup and recovery> create bootable media" to use a removable disk.
I have a removable disk and I I run it through bootable:
cmd> diskpart> list disk> select disk x> clean> create partition primary> select partition 1> active> format quick fs=fat32> assign> exit
And then I copy files from "image iso file" to removable disk and restart my system and choice removable disk, I encounter the following error message:
"Remove disks or other media
Press any key to restart"
It should be noted that I can bootable the removable disk through:
Backup and recovery> create bootable media > and choice removable disk and after restart my computer, I can use it for recovery or backup.
But I want that how to use "image iso file" to use a removable disk without through: Backup and recovery> create bootable media > and choice removable disk. Also without use an CD or DVD just use to removable disk.
