I am begging - BEGGING Acronis to RESPOND

Thread needs solution

This is my 4th attempt and I am a wreck - no Admin or User has ever responded.
All I am asking for is to have the basic and CRITICAL function of previous archive deletions actually work. Previous backups are not deleted - backup drive fills up - all backups then FAIL.

Incremental backups are flawless but No deletions ever occur. My Login and Password are correct (otherwise the backups will not run) - so it is not a Rights issue. My backup drive fills up within a week and then ALL BACKUPS FAIL after that. I downloaded the new Build last week - but no help.
I tested Single Folder backups and they work and the deletions work - but not full drives (I am backing up several drives to a 1.5 GB Internal drive).

I have set up several Backup jobs to backup each of my Hard Drives using Incrementals. I set them to run for 4, 5, 6, and 7 Days so that the Full backups would run on different nights (I do not want 4 Full backups to run on the same night). The concept is correct - the incrmentals backups run with one Full followed by incrementals - the process then starts over (which causes one Full backup to run every "n" days followed by "n-1" Incrementals).

I searched the Help menu and it says:

When the Remove previous backup archive check box is selected, creation of a new full backup in accordance with the specified backup policy results in deletion of the complete old backup chain – the old full backup and its subsequent incremental (or differential) backups regardless of the overall limitations you set on the archive at the Automatic consolidation step.

But no . . . . the deletion is simply not working. It runs another set of backups but NEVER Deletes ANYTHING.  For example for my C drive there was one FULL backup, then 3 Incrementals, then another FULL, then 3 more Incrementals, etc  etc  until the Backup drive fills up and then all Jobs FAIL.  I need a fix as do the other guys who reported the same problem.

The ability to Delete Previous Backups is a cornerstone function of Acronis. But is simply does not work.   Please, please PLEASE help me ?  I am at my wits end and the complete silence that follows every Post I upload is just too much.  Please respond to this post.  Thank you;

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it's impossible to identify the exact cause of the problem. So this situation requires investigation.

Please gather the following information: 

  1. Acronis Info from the problem machine
  2. Screenshots of the backup settings

After that please submit a support case with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
