I send 2 request, 2 feedback complain but no one ever replied from thsi company!

why I have to pay to talk to support when I do not need support. Problem is part of software is not working anymore..I see other people have same problems here:

In Acronis True Image 2015, when I click Tools and then More Tools, nothing opens.
 

why I have to pay a software that part of that dose not work and when I need to talk to them asking me to pay $20 before we answer your phone...this SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

I am sorry that you are experiencing problems with your Acronis True Image 2015 and have not received any satisfactory responses from those you have contacted so far.

It sounds as if your Acronis program installation has become corrupted or incomplete in some way, and the best way to resolve this issue would be to uninstall the software, run the Acronis Cleanup tool and then perform a clean new install to recover the full functionality again.

The program can be installed via the Windows Control Panel >> Programs and Features option.

The Acronis Cleanup tool can be found at: https://kb.acronis.com/content/48668

You can download a new copy of the latest build of Acronis TrueImage 2015 from your Account on the main Acronis web site at: http://www.acronis.com/en-us/ (click on My Account and sign in with your email address & password).
