Imaging failure

I have v.11, build 8,053. Use an external HDD with 150gb free space, and already have 2 images of partitions C + D on there, the latest about a year old (yes, I know, I should do incremental backups more frequently!) However, decided to do a new full image of those partitions. Acronis started, 5 progress bars showing, and then it stopped, showing "Error 0070004. Failed to write data to archive file. A possible reason might be poor media quality."

Downloaded and installed SnapAPI_1_s_e.zip, and tried again - same error.

Any advice, please? Log file attached.

Do you get the same error if you boot to the TI CD and try it?

Can you create a backup of each partition separately?

You could update to the latest build of TI 11 (8,101) and see if it helps.
