Incorrect Backup Versions

Created new backups, using 2 separate versions, one for the main system and hidden partitions, the other for the second partition.

After the initial jobs, realised that there was insufficient space on the backup drive, so I wanted to modify the individual jobs.
First tried to alter the main job by creating 2 versions and remove the initial backup. This failed, as the option of keeping the first was greyed out.
In the end, tried to remove the jobs and recreate it from the backups. This also failed, as the settings came back exactly the same.
So, by now I had enough and deleted all backups and jobs and recreated both of them.
Just finished the initial backups and guess what – in both jobs, it says Versions: 3 (last: Today at 1:16 PM and 12:30 PM) respectively. How can I fix this?
