Installation fails with erreur code 1603
Hello,
I try to reinstall ACRONIS backup 2014 on Win 7 32 bits after tried to install the Western Digital HD free licence 16.0.0.5962 true image 2013. The install fail with erreur code 1603... I rebooted and tried again but it's still not working! I need a DEINSTALLER / CLEANER tool for removing all the registry / drivers / OEMxx files and so on that this product left behind it. THIS IS WORST THAN A ROOTKIT.

I had already this kind of issues after trying to install TrueImage / Seagate DiskWizard (all installations failed) and finally ACRONIS full version (this one failed too) on a other PC running win Xp pro sp3. I NEVER succeed to boot it again!!! - BSOD 0x7B - and after fews days trying to remove manually drivers, OEM... and to clean registry offline from a few live CDs (nothing succeeded) and finally "repair" windows from my legacy Windows CD and get an other kind of BSOD STOP... finally it came back to 0x7B. I follow KB307545 from MS but it was too late. My only way is to reinstall windows from scratch! Thank you ACRONIS!!!
- I need a tool to clean up an OFFLINE Win xp from your products residues?
I work in IT for years and I never ever seen a so poor designed product.
