installation problem
Thread needs solution
I have been a user for many yhears going back to v. 8. I have upgred the program from year to year and have all my serials I had a major system crash and have been rebuilding and reinstalling win 8.1 and all my programs.
I'm in the process of installing Acronis 2015. The site gave me the latest buils and the installation went ok, but when putting in serials the 2015 serial was accepted but my 2013 upgrade serial did not.
The page would not let me even type in the 2013 serial.
What is my problem and how can it be fixed. Thank you for your help.
