Installed Full and Upgraded Versions in Four Businesses and all have failed

I have four businesses with a fairly robust firewall and Whitelist software.  Acronis True Image 2014 was installed over over a year ago and all four initially worked.  Over time, all of them have had verious issues with the result that none of them are currently working.  Because my "warranty" peiod is over, there is no one to help.  I was contemplating buying the New Cloud imaging but am nervous because I need someone on the Acronis end to make sure this works properly.  Is there a live person on the Acronis side that will help to make sure all is set up properly, especially as it relates to firewall setup and proper whitelisting?
