Installing TIH 2012 Invalid Parameter / Falscher Parameter

hello,

i install the TIH 2012 and it the installation stops immedeately with the the message :

INVALID PARAMETER !

i use a
windows xp professional media center edition 2002
version 5.1.2600 service pack 3 build 2600

i have done it with an installed and deinstalled TIH 10. Both is not working.

...now i had done the installation - but only with the installation-cd it it will be done. but after its not possible to start the programm i always get a system error message with message to microsoft....

so i had programm buyed & installed what is not working :/
