ISOLinux bootloader not loading.

I have a new HP Pavilion DV6 2113SA running 7 HP 64. The Acronis bootloader (ISOLinux, from a link supplied by Acronis) gets to the ramdisk loading......... but then sits there with a blank screen, the CD works on another system OK although it is a 32 bit system.
The Build is True Image 2010 7046.

Any suggestions please?

Unfortunatelt in case isolinux image fails to load as well, we will need to start investigation which involves Expert department. And this option is impossible to obtain unless you have a valid support agreement or PPI.

As a workaround you can try creating alternative bootable media: 

As a matter of fact, there are other types of bootable media.

1. BartPE which is a bootable Windows CD/DVD created from the original Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 installation/setup CD. (Free plug- in)

2. WinPE which is a minimal Windows system based on the Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista and Windows 7kernels. (Only with Acronis True Image Home 2010 Plus Pack)
