kernel panic message with ATI 2010

Thread needs solution

Using the bootable disk made in ATI 2010 I get the following error message:
Kernel panic-not syncing:VFS:Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(1,0).
I dl and installed the latest build of ATI 2010 and dl and used the latest bootable media iso-file from the Acronis website. Still get the same error message.
My OS is W7 Home Edition 64 bits and I use DVD-drive from Samsung SH-S223C (latest firmware).
Does anyone know an solution please?
