Kudos to Acronis and the support staff.

Thread needs solution

I have only been using the software for a few weeks.
I am not new to computers but like so many, I have been lazy and putting off performing regular and timely scheduled backups.
During this time using Acronis I have had a couple issues which the support staff helped me sort out through chat and using Team Viewer, then email if/as needed.
The support has been very good and timely with very little wait, by far my best experience with support of any kind.

There are quite a few threads on this forum that make Acronis True Image 2015 sound like very bad software but I for one have had very good results. It does exactly what it's suppose to do, every time, and all data restores perfectly in the multiple test restores I've done of both the boot drive and 3 data drives, all backed up locally using Acronis as well as to Acronis cloud.

Anyway, just wanted to pass on to others that I am actually somewhat grateful for this software at such a reasonable price per year. I feel Acronis has way outdone all of the competition out there in functionality, security, and price..
