Leftover Vidsflt61 service and vsflt61.sys driver
There is still a leftover vidsflt61 service in the registry and LowerFilters entry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} even after Uninstalling Acronis True Image 2012 build 6154 and then rebooting and then running ATIH_Cleanup_2012.exe from http://kb.acronis.com/content/24545 and then rebooting again. I had to first delete vidsflt61 from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} -> UpperFilters and LowerFilters and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{71A27CDD-812A-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F} -> UpperFilters and LowerFilters before running sc delete vidsflt61 from the command promt and then finally deleting the vsflt61.sys from c:\windows\system32\drivers after rebooting. The Acronis Cleanup Utility removed all the other Acronis drivers automatically but still doesn't remove Acronis Virtual Disk Storage Filter driver. I am still unable to download the new build 7119 so I can reinstall the new build of Acronis True Image 2012. I had an issue with the leftover Acronis Virtual Disk Filter driver even after running the Acronis Cleanup Utility and had to edit the registry to get rid of the vidsflt61 driver entries in the registry before removing the vsflt61.sys driver itself. The normal uninstall still doesn't remove the fltsrv driver either but was removed by the Acronis Cleanup Utility.

Acronis True Image Cleanup Utility for 2011-2013: http://kb.acronis.com/content/34876
Be careful to follow all instructions, including not allowing the utility to reboot until you've made the Registry edits.
Disable Secure Zones and Acronis Startup Recovery Manager before uninstalling True Image.

I tried the process outlined by Keith on Windows 7 x64. Running the cleanup utility went OK but when I rebooted after the other steps Windows was unable to start. Fortunately I had taken a restore point as a precaution and was able to roll back.

Robin,
The procedure by Keith is 2 years old. Link to the current utility is my signature link #4 below.
The KB cleanup bulleting lists specific procedures as part of the text instructions
Be sure you do not delete upper and lower filters--just the specific entries inside the filters.
