Licence of my Version True Image Home 10.0 is not working anymore

Thread needs solution

I see the licence in my account a can donload the product from there.

But when i instal the software i get "The Serial number is incorrect. Please enter the correct number."

 

What can i do?

For all license / activation issues you will need to raise a support case directly with Acronis Support as only they have access to the systems used for these purposes.
