On Acronis 12 when I try to login from the application window, I get the message:

Error While Generating RSA key

and

Failed to log in because Windows Workstation service is not started.

What should I do?

Type 'services.msc' in command line (or in start button->run) , locate and start 'Workstation' service if it's not started.
