Media Builder Does not work after Latest Upgrade

I downloaded version 2010.6029 and upgraded over version 2010.5055. I also installed all the addons. Now when I execute the "Bootable Rescue Media' option it tells me its not installed even though mediabuilder.exe is present.

Please advise.
