More sync woes (service failed all day [again], duplicate files)
I frequently have problems with sync failing. I've noticed that the pattern may be related to daily backup routines. Not every time, but frequently, when the backup routine starts, the sync will fail. It will then fail repeatedly, sometimes starting on its own, but sometimes waiting until a re-boot or something to get going again. This occurs even after the local backup routine has finished successfully. In the meantime, it fills the logs with "Synchronization has failed" and "Failed to copy changes of synced data from carl-dell-8700 [my computer name] to Acronis Cloud: Synchronization has failed. The sync will be automatically restarted later." This log entry happens about every 8 minutes while it cannot connect.

Today, I have something more unusual. Mystery files have suddenly sprouted in my sync directory. Apparently old versions of my files have shown up in my sync folder (on my computer and on the cloud) with appended computer names and file dates. Instead of showing up under the old versions gear on the cloud, they are separate files with new names. This occurred sometime in the last day or two. See attached screen shot which shows my local directory on the left and the cloud directory on the right.
