The most annoying 'features' and 'bugs' of ATIH2011

Ok, so I've been a happy ATIH2010 customer, but then I upgraded to 2011 and it's been a pain in the back side. Most annoyingly the email support expired for a sub-standard product so I figured given this is the only support option available I might as well post some of the irritating bugs and 'features' of the software.

- Non-stop backup doesn't work, I have conformation from Acronis about this, been waiting for a fix for months
- When I set the priority of the backup to 'idle' I expect that to apply to both process priority and I/O priority, starting with Vista there is a way to controll how much I/O the process uses. - When I have a 2TB drive, set the max backup size to 1TB I don't expect the software to fail because it runs out of space whet it's doing a consoloidation...
- When I modify a task, I don't want the GUI to show a dublicate/new/old version of that task, just modify the existing one and don't show 2 copies of the task.
- No doubt more will come to mind later

Sorry if this reads like a rant, but some of these are really annoying, like the advertised feature not working, and the developers not using an almost 4 year old features of the OS that make their product better.
