Thread needs solution

Cloning the drive:

Without thinking, I cloned my c:/ drive (which is in raid o configuration) to my D:/ drive thinking if anything happened to my c:/ drive I would have d:/ as a backup. Now when I boot and use Adobe Photo Elements
and load pictures from my card reader, the files will not connect, because it seams they are loaded onto d:/ somehow, even though it show's they are on c:/ . is there anyway to undo this clone which seams to have made a big mess of my system? Can I just disconnect d:/ drive and have things return to normal? Also now, windows xp will not even shut down. And I have lost boot up on c:/ it appears that it is booting on d:/ At last resort I connected only d:/ sata o and reformatted the drive. Then was able to get c:/ raid o to boot at which time I made a backup to d:/ but still must disconect d:/ for c:/ to boot

Thanks for the advice,

Jon
