Need help with online file backup not working, the server lost my backup

Thread needs solution

I have a number of acronic related problems with one laptop while the
other has worked fine. The problem child had a good online file backup working and the file size on the server was just over 14 gigs. Than the
online file size went to 0 and I can no longer do a file back up. When I try, it sits for an hour and the remaining time climes to 1 day 3 hours.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest build of 2012 home. So
what do I need to do the force acronic to do a ( file backup) on the
cloud.

Assumption, I think the reason the backup is showing 1 + day is that
it might be trying to do a full partition backup; (a guess).

The good PC I see the file backup is going to z:/ for the path
this path is not found on the PC that does not work.

Setup new file backup, when I try to set up a new file back up the
destination options are local drives only.

If you talk about Acronis Online backup, you will have to contact Acronis customer support.
