Need ISOlinux recovery cd image

Thread needs solution

I have TI 11, and I've made backups of my system drive, whih I'm trying to restore to a wiped, formatted blank drive. I created a rescue disk from TI 11 onto a usb stick, but when I boot to it, it says the config file is missing. The drive has a fresh mbr, so I know it's not that.

I'd like to try an ISO that has maximum hardware support.

Thx!

An alternate iso file can be downloaded from your registration page but it is not iso-linux.
It will definetely have more driver support as compared to the rescue media created from the installed version.

Did you use the Create bootable media option to create the usb stick direct?

If you need more help with the usb stick option, check out items #8 inside my signature link below.

Thx! I used the creator within Acronis, which I guess doesn't write the correct MBR to the flashdrive? I'll try an ISO for a CD, and also see if I can fix the USB by using the links you provided.

Well, that worked, using Grub4Dos, although I had to put my system in IDE mode (it probably would've worked in AHCI mode, but it definitely wouldn't boot the recovery manager in RAID mode).

You guys should put iastor.sys into the ISO.
