Need TIH Multi PC version

Hi

I just bought Acronis 2014 for my two PC's. I didn't realize that it could only be installed on one PC. So, I decided to go back to my Acronis TIH 11 version on one of the PC's. The install will not load because of the the "update cannot continue" error well documented in the users forum.

So, how do I change my TIH 2014 purchase to a multi PC version? If that's not possible I'll need help getting back to my old TIH 2011 on one of my PC's.

You can upgrade to the family pack from within the 2014 program. Near the top right of the program is a link to sign in with your acronis account. After signing in, click your email address and a context menu will appear. Select upgrade account and then you can choose your upgrade options.
