Hi all.

just installed TI 2010

I have Windows 7 installed along with office and a few programs.

Two issues already: when I try to run the One click backup I get this error

(0x0)
Tag = 0x0

Second issue
I tried the Other tab and wanted to do a complete backup of everything on C. I believe you call it an image, onto the D drive. I scheduled it to run just once because I just want to use it to restore a fresh working system when needed.

I got this error message

error 1326 Cannot log on with the specified credentials The account probably does not exist or the password is invalid.

Question 3 should I try or choose the partition back up and archive it to D. Based on what I want to do?

The safest way is to make the bootable Rescue CD, boot with it and do the Backup of the entire drive (check mark against Disk 1). Is the D drive a seperate physical drive from C?
