New trial installation of True Image 2015 - application won't start

The installation went as expected, but afterwards the TI Monitor and the TrueImage.exe start running, but there is no user interface. I have done the installation twice with the same result.

please contact our support with issue description. If software doesn't start on particular hardware, it might be caused by crash and should be investigated on case by case basis.
