New User problems/frustrations
Hi, just got a copy of TrueImage 2010 Home, after using your professional product at work a few years back.
I am very disappointed so far, the product seems to much harder to use, compared to how it used to be, and the only advances I can see so far, are the added complexities of registration (64 digit keys, are you insane?, and the type in the first 8 digits does not work either), neither did the update, I had to install, reboot, register online, download another 100MB full install, install, reboot.
After several hours of trying, I finally got a updated, registered product, only to find it's not playing ball either. I wanted to make a backup of my netbook, which has no CD drive, so I installed the product on my desktop, and created a "Bootable Rescue Media" on a USB stick, and put that in the netbook. All it says is "Acronis Loader fatal error: Boot drive partition not found."
I'm pretty sure even TrueImage 8 allowed me to make a fully usable bootable disc for another machine on my network, and I really don't hope that facility has been removed.
I'm starting to feel that registed users are coming second fiddle to the needs of Acronis to protect their product from piracy, and that is even more unforgivable than piracy itself..

Are you aware that there is a special version available for the netbook. Perhaps there is a trial version.
