No access to network backups from the recovery CD - Intel 82567LM Gigabit NIC on HP Elitebook 6930p

I have an HP Elitebook 6930p laptop, the internal NIC appears to be an Intel 82567LM (according to device manager).

When I boot from the recovery CD it cannot see my network at all.

Is there any way to make this work?

I am just adding a comment as I can't see any other way to set the "Notify me when new comments are posted" checkbox.
