no mouse and no files and folders

I had a big problem with trying a Bluetooth device, uninstalled it and took it back but it really screwed up my system. So I used a backup just prior to installing Bluetooth and I am back up and running good but a month behind in docs and other stuff but thanks for getting me back up and running.

So here is the problem, I have a newer backup only a week behind and wanted to go into>>> files and folders<<< to get the docs and other things I need to get up to date. All it does is time out all the time and says the program has stopped working. I thought it might be the two tera Seagate drive which is a slow drive. So I copied the backup to the C:/ system drive because its faster but the same thing happened it just times out.

So I thought lets go into reboot and do the F11 thing but once in there, there is no way to use it… the mouse is dead and the laptop mouse pad is dead. Yes I tried all the keys like ctrl + m etc. But nothing.

So I uninstall Acronis and got the latest Acronis True Image Home 2011 and did a clean install and repeated everything I said above but all is the same.
I use win7 64 bit.

I have no option for >>> files and folders <<< or a mouse or keys to run inside F11.
