The Acronis True Image 11 Home will NOT recognize the SATA drive on the New Intel Motherboard model DP55WB using the Intel i7-860 Quad Core processor. I can only use it on an older motherboard that has both IDE and SATA ports. I need help.

That's because ver. 11 does not have the correct Sata drivers for the new Quad Core system. You will have to try the latest build of ver 2010 and hope that all the problems some users run into do not affect you. An alternative is to build the bootable BartPe cd that has the version 11 plug in embedded in it.
