NonStop back switched off and different selected designation showing???

I have been using AcronisNonstop Backup in True Image Home 2010 for some time and this morning I find that Nonstop backup is turned off. On trying to start it an error message came up (0xD60021), Tag+0XF8C74554441EA9A8. It was also noted that the designation was not the same partition that had been selected previously. Upon selecting the intitial destination the error message reappeared as before and I could go no further. Any thoughts out there?

Now find after switching off and rebooting twice that Nonstop is working OK. Anyone offer explanation?
