Nonstop backup

Thread needs solution

I'm missing the possibility to make nonstop backup of filder. Now we can select partition/disk and then select forders or files to exclude whem. Problem is, what when i select partition/disk, system try to find next partition/disk to which will by create backup file and calculate space of memmory. Example: i have PC with 2 hard disks. 1st hard disk is with 120 GB of capacity, 2nd hard disk is with 80 GB of capacity. In 1st hard disk there are system and my personal files. 2nd hard disk is empty. So, in nonstop backup interface i select 1 hard disk to protect and nonstop backup program say me: "there are no space or partition to create backup file" or somethink so. Then i exclude windows system files and directorys, program files directory. So, So, i need to backup only my personal information. But system don't recalculate how many space will be need, and always say some message.

As As,

What Operating system are you using and what build of True Image?

If by chance you are using either Vista or Windows 7 could you post some screen shots by using the 'snip' tool of the NSB wizard.

As As,

From that screenshot the protected drive is your partition D, is that the one you want to protect?

Does the other drive (80GB) show up when you click on the Storage tab?

in STORAGE tab i see other drive (40 GB). It is possible to backup partition D to storage drive (40 GB), with select which folder to exclude ?

Hello,

Colin, thanks for the assistance.

As As, let me help you.

Unfortunately, it is not enough information to investigate the issue and to provide you with a resolution. Could you please additionally create a screenshot of 'Storage' tab in Nonstop backup options?

Additionally, please collect Acronis Report and attach it to your reply.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.
