Not able to browse my networkshares

Thread needs solution

Hi,
because I had some trouble with acronis 2011 (bought it 6 weeks ago) - sometimes i wasn't able to connect to my shares (wrong password - but the shared worked fine in windows explorer, and all users has read / write share and ntfs permissions) - the support recommends to try version 2012.
Now one PCs works fine, but another has some issues: Once again I tried to backup to a mounted shared folder. When I try to browse that folder, the root folder are show, but If I try to select one of the root folders nothing happens. Sometimes 2012 crashes. Also the browsing is very very slow ! In my eyplorer all shares working fine - fast - and without any problems !!

Has anyone a hint for me?

I am very frustrated because I bought that product, because I expected a EASY to use and SIMPLE backupsolution. Now I am trying diffrent thing and waste my time for weeks. The only thing I want to do is a normal filelevel backup to a share !!!!

Try to unmount the share in windows and than try to browse within acronis via "network"->"Your network storage"..
